At GRAVA’s May workshop, we focused on volunteer supervision — what it is and what it isn’t. How it serves to strengthen the connection between the volunteer and the organization as well as improve the volunteer’s satisfaction and effectiveness for your organization. We invited Jeannine Panzera, Program Manager with Henrico CASA back as our expert facilitator for the session and a follow-up to her Effective Interviewing workshop in March 2014.
