Morning Session: Transformational Leadership by Jennifer Bennett, VolunteerMatch
Who Me? Are you the leader volunteers and your organization need you to be?
This session will help all leaders of volunteer engagement, no matter their experience level or staff title, determine how they can be an effective leader for their volunteers and their organization, build buy-in for volunteer engagement, and engage volunteers in meaningful work. Using a Leadership Skills Needs Assessment they’ll determine what aspects of transformational leadership might be most effective in their organization and share ideas on how to acquire or build those skills. 
Afternoon Session: TOPIC TITLES COMING SOON!
There will be two afternoon session options. One of the sessions will be a compliment to the morning session and also led by Jennifer Bennett of VolunteerMatch.
